The SR Series Large Office In-building Repeater System extends Cellular services into buildings and other poor coverage areas. This system is designed for use with 800 MHz Cellular systems (Approved for Verizon, AT&T, Cellular One, Alltel, etc.) and offers a cost-effective solution for small business and residential applications. This repeater system comes complete with (1) Outdoor (donor) Antenna, (1) Indoor (coverage) Antenna, (2) Low Loss Coaxial Cables and the SR Series BDA (Bi-Directional Amplifier). TIP:

This system is designed for areas where Cellular service is available outside of the building yet marginal indoors.This system is a completely network-compatible and recommended device that amplifies Cellular signals in both the uplink and downlink directions. The system is simple to install, and contains circuitry to ensure proper operating power levels, and as well, includes automatic low isolation and detection circuitry that detects low isolation between the indoor and outdoor antennas. In this condition, the repeater will adjust it's gain to compensate for the abnormality, and warn the user through an indicator LED. This repeater system will also work well with wireless PDAs (Wireless Digital Assistants) and laptop personal computers with wireless PC cards. Linear operation is guaranteed under all conditions.

The SR Series Repeater System allows up to two indoor antennas (optional) to be used without the need of external components (like a splitter/divider). The auxiliary indoor antenna port allows a second indoor zone to be easily connected. The repeater can be battery-backed, by connecting the BDA's 12VDC supply to the spades of a rechargeable battery with the BDA's optional battery back-up interface cable. The rechargeable battery is then permanently connected to the battery manufacturer's recommended trickle charger keeping the battery charged indefinitely, ready in the event of a building power failure.
