1 - You have good signal (3+ bars) at a window in your building and almost no signal inside of the building.

2 - You have good signal (3+ bars) of signal outside your building and almost no signal inside.

3 - The location of good signal is within 35 feet of the area which needs signal.

4 - You have checked your carrier for your area and found it is compatible with this system. Check carrier here.

This system WILL NOT work for you if you have the following situation(s):

1 - Your building is in an area that is on the fringe of the coverage area where the signal outside the building is less than 3 bars.

2 You have checked your carrier and it states "Product will not improve coverage at this time".

3 - You have an area larger than 2000 square feet that needs coverage.

Donor antenna placement is crucial: A repeater system requires a good signal at the donor antenna in order for it to deliver good signal to fill the coverage area.

You can check your signal levels right now by taking your cellphone to the locations where the donor antenna might be placed. Be sure to check signal outside at ground level and up higher. You are looking for the most bars you can find. With a repeater system, more bars supplied to the system means better coverage on the inside. (see illustration below)
